Fourth Stance Left (S) – Dragon Stance

Right foot points straight ahead.
The left foot is perpendicular to the right foot with the toe pointed to the left, in front of the right foot, with the heel placed 12 to 18 inches (the distance from your ankle to the base of your knee) on the left side of an imaginary line drawn out from inside the right foot.
Both knees are bent. The left foot is flat on the floor and the right heel is raised so you are on the ball of the right foot. Weight is evenly distributed on both feet.
Shoulders are facing straight ahead.
In the proper position, the right knee should be at mid calf of the left leg, about two to four inches away and just to the back part of the left calf.
