Third Stance
Right (F) – Cat Stance
Left
leg remains bent with the toes pointing
to the left.
Feet are perpendicular to each other with the heels in line.
The right leg is bent and the right heel is raised so that the ball of the foot is on the floor with NO weight on the
right foot. All of the body weight is on the
left leg.
Shoulders are turned all the way to the right, parallel to the left foot.
Note: If the right foot were flat on the floor there would be six inches between the heels. |
