Third Stance Left (F) – Cat Stance

Right leg remains bent with the toes pointing to the right.
Feet are perpendicular to each other with the heels in line.
The left leg is bent and the left heel is raised so that the ball of the foot is on the floor with NO weight on the left foot. All of the body weight is on the right foot.
Shoulders are turned all the way to the left, parallel to the right foot.
Note: If the left foot were flat on the floor there would be six inches between the heels.
