Second Stance Left (S) – Tiger Stance

Starting from the first stance, right leg remains in the first stance position, knee bent and toe pointing straight ahead. 
Pivot on the ball of the left foot until the foot is at a 45 degree angle to the right (front) foot.
Straighten the left leg and drive the left heel into the floor so that the foot is flat on the floor.

  Turn the shoulders hard to the right so they are parallel with the right foot.
