Second Stance
Left (F) – Tiger Stance
Starting
from the first stance, left leg remains in the first stance position, knee bent and toe pointing straight ahead.
Pivot on the ball of the right foot until the foot is at a 45 degree angle to the left (front) foot.
Straighten the right leg and drive the right heel into the floor so that the foot is flat on the floor.
Turn the shoulders hard to the left so they are parallel with the left foot. |
